
Moose Knuckles is a Canadian outwear company, Marauders were proudly responsible for the development and maintenance for the App. We assembled an agile team to manage end user requests, facilitate in-store integration, and plan road-maps for development. Our goal was to create a seamless experience combining a holistic marketing approach, with digital and web integrations, to stimulate in-store interactions and conversions.

The app was released exclusively at the Yorkdale store in Toronto Canada for a limited time, with options to choose from 3 styles, 8 shell colors, 18 fur trims, 9 logo treatments, and endless patches.
The user had the option to share their coat idea, by email and social media.After checkout, the user is given custom id to be referenced by the cashier.


It was important to create sustainability with product customization on the back end. We worked to create a back-end content management system, adding new options for coats, hardware, and prices.

Data collection and built in CRM to collect analytics for shares and checkouts.


The app in action was set-up as an in-store attraction, as well as provided to store clerks to help walk-in customers with customizations, or at least generate curiosity.
